Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED, UNMOUNTED ON A WATCH and in the same condition that you received it. (DO NOT mount your strap on a watch if you have any problem with. We don't refund even if you had mounted the straps only for a couple of second.
Just a small period of wear will crease or mark the italian leather and we will not be in a position to refund you, even for minor marks as we are unable to place the strap back into stock for re-sale.
(WE WILL SIMPLY NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND LEATHER STRAPS THAT HAVE BEEN MOUNTED).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
